Andrew Mainardi, III, 66, President and Chief Financial Officer, is a graduate of The Lawrenceville School and The Wharton School of Business and Finance at the University of Pennsylvania. His primary responsibilities include overseeing the collection and distribution of partnership funds, the compilation of all financial information, financing and refinancing mortgages, locating new acquisitions, and running the day-to-day affairs of the Company. After serving for many years, Mr. Mainardi recently stepped-down as a member of the Board of Trustees of Chilton Hospital’s Foundation, where he most-recently was the chairman of the Finance and Governance Committee. At present he is the president of the Walnut Lofts Condominium Association.

Richard Mainardi, Jr., 52, Vice - President is a graduate of Ramapo College. He is a Property Manager and supervises the maintenance, renovation, and expansion of the properties under his care. He also handles the leasing for the various properties which he manages and is active in seeking out new properties for purchase by the Company. Richard is the Broker of Record for Mainardi Management Co. and has worked for that Company since 1993. Mr. Mainardi serves as the president of the Board of Directors for the Boys and Girls Club of Paterson and Passaic (NJ).

Christopher Mainardi, 61, is a graduate of Monmouth College. He is one of the Property Managers for the shopping centers which the Mainardi Management Co. manages. As such, he supervises the maintenance, renovation, and expansion of the properties under his care, and oversees the payment of expenses incurred in the operation of same. He has a thorough knowledge of construction related matters and, also handles the leasing for the various properties he manages.

Early Generations Edward Mainardi, Sr. (1935-2008), Richard Mainardi, Sr. (1941-1984), Andrew Mainardi, Sr. (1905-1987) and Andrew Mainardi, Jr. (1933-2015) were all attorneys practicing in Paterson, NJ. They began the family’s investment in commercial real estate.

Andrew Mainardi, III, Christopher Mainardi and Richard Mainardi, Jr. devote all of their time to the management and leasing of the existing properties and the search for new projects to purchase.
