Andrew Mainardi, III, 51, President and Chief Financial Officer, is a graduate of The Lawrenceville School and The Wharton School of Business and Finance at the University of Pennsylvania. His primary responsibilities include overseeing the collection and distribution of partnership funds, the compilation of all financial information, financing and refinancing mortgages, locating new acquisitions, and running the day-to-day affairs of the Company. Mr. Mainardi is a member of the Board of Trustees of the Chilton Memorial Hospital Foundation.

Richard Mainardi, Jr., 37, Vice - President, is a graduate of Ramapo College. He is a Property Manager and supervises the maintenance, renovation and expansion of the properties under his care. He also handles the leasing for the various properties which he manages, and is active in seeking out new properties for purchase by the Company. Richard is the Broker of Record for Mainardi Management Co., and has worked for that Company since 1993. Mr. Mainardi serves on the Board of Directors for the Paterson, NJ Boys and Girls Club.

Christopher Mainardi, 46, is a graduate of Monmouth College. He is one of the Property Managers for the shopping centers which the Mainardi Management Co. manages. As such, he supervises the maintenance, renovation and expansion of the properties under his care, and oversees the payment of expenses incurred in the operation of same. He has a thorough knowledge of construction related matters, and also handles the leasing for the various properties which he manages.

Stephen Mainardi, 49, is a graduate of Cornell University and Seton Hall Law School. He is a partner in the law firm of Mainardi & Mainardi, and acts as General Counsel to the many partnerships in which the Mainardi family has an interest. Mr. Mainardi's law practice is almost exclusively devoted to real estate; he has substantial experience in negotiating leases, mortgage documents and purchase and sale agreements. He has also represented a local bank in real estate matters from time to time. Stephen has over 20 years experience in real estate law.

Andrew Mainardi, Jr., 74, Chairman of the Board, is the managing General Partner for most of the entities affiliated with Mainardi Management Co. He is also the senior partner of Mainardi & Mainardi, P.C. Mr. Mainardi graduated from the University of Pennsylvania in 1954, and from Yale Law School in 1957.

Andrew Mainardi, III, Christopher Mainardi and Richard Mainardi, Jr. devote all of their time to the management and leasing of the existing properties and the search for new projects to purchase. Andrew Mainardi, Jr. and Stephen Mainardi spend time on company affairs on an as-needed basis.
